Hi, I’m Christy M. Foust, Ph.D. (she/her)!
I was drawn to creating through heartbreak and life’s curveballs. I’ve embarked on a daring journey to uncover my true self and reveal my power. Through experimentation, online classes, and heaps of playful art sessions, I’ve learned so many creative techniques I want to share!
This journey has only been possible through learning to create intuitively and playfully, complemented by other mindfulness practices (e.g. journaling, meditation, yoga). Combined, these practices have been life-changing. My past lives as a scientist, college educator, and high school educator have helped me become the perfect creative guide to provide supportive guidance that meets you right where you are in your own daring creative journey.
