I’m so glad I’m participating in #promoteyourartapril. I’m really surprising myself with how many art pieces I’ve created. You’ll probably see some repeats before the end of the month, but the fact that I’ve gone 17 days without a repeat is pretty cool to me!!
This one started as a sketchbook journaling entry a while back (below). I like the play between the actual bee and The Beatles’ lyrics to “Let It Be.”
My sketchbook play was reimagined as this tryptic on the same theme. I imagine that bees are the perfect manifestation of “Let It Be.”
