Day 20 of #promoteyourartapril!! (I took a bye yesterday, if you’ve been following along.)
This piece was largely accidental. I was mixing paints on this paper, and after running a paint knife through it magic happened. It just looked really … satisfying to me. And part of me was going to get rid of it or continue to use it as a palette, but I saved it and it sat in my stack for a long time. Finally I put it in a frame.
Art doesn’t always come easily, but I guess I should accept it when it does!!
Alright. Grant says it would look better in a black frame. What do you think??
